Bhrona enjoys bringing out the best in people. She recognises that clear and transparent communication is key to understanding the needs, goals and wants of her clients, whether in the business or personal development world.
Following a successful corporate career in the UK, Bhrona returned to Ireland with a desire to help others succeed. She created Perspective Solutions, a training and coaching consultancy that partners with businesses and individuals, to help build and achieve personal excellence. With 25 years’ experience working in global Professional Service Firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, RSM Tenon (merged with Baker Tilly, now known as RSM UK Group LLP), Moore Stephens LLP and KPMG Ireland, Bhrona uses her knowledge and expertise in managing and motivating individuals and teams, to bring an invaluable perspective to her work. Bhrona also brings a robust expertise, energy, humour and a solution-focused approach.
Bhrona develops interactive learning content, delivering high impact, in-house bespoke programmes for her clients. Her programmes include performance management discussions, presentation skills, time management and delegation, managing conflict, personal brand, teamwork, creating customer experiences, and building key relationships.
Bhrona holds a bachelor degree in European Humanities (Hons). She is a qualified performance coach and is a CIPD certified trainer. Bhrona is also accredited to deliver:
